Bean Burst Coffee Scrub in Sweet Orange 100g

Bean Burst Coffee Scrub in Sweet Orange 100g

If you know me at all you’ll know I’m a sucker for exfoliating. I do it absolutely religiously, even if I’m not about to shave (which lets be honest is more often than not). So when I was contacted by Bean Burst and was offered one of their coffee scrubs to try I absolutely jumped at the opportunity.

The scent I chose was Sweet Orange and the first problem arised – it smells absolutely divine, to the point where all I want to do is pop some into my cafetière and sup the lot. I had 100g of the product sent which Bean Burst say should last around 3 weeks when using it 2 – 3 times a week but I honestly think it’ll last quite a bit longer! I’ve already been using the product 2 weeks and it barely looks like I’ve made a dent in the bag.

The Bean Burst Coffee Scrub is packed full of essential oils and targets things like stretch marks, acne, scars and cellulite so I’ve been mainly using this product on the tops of my arms, my stomach and my thighs. Whereas I haven’t noticed any major changes to scarring and cellulite my skin is left seriously moisturised and smelling divine.

I can only compare this to after I’ve used a really good exfoliator – take Soap & Glory’s The Scrub Of Your Life for example – and followed it up with a really intense body butter or even an oil that I’ve been known to use in the colder months to really get some hydration into my skin.

I always tend to worry about moisturising products loosing their oomph as soon as I’m dry, particularly those that you use in-shower because I haven’t had a very good run with them thus far; however I am absolutely in love with Bean Burst, both the product and as a brand.

I’ve decided already that I’m going to purchase some more of the Bean Burst scrubs for myself and that isn’t like me at all – I’m more of a finish the sample, ponder for 3 months and then purchase kind of girl. My next scent to try is going to have to be Pink Grapefruit for definite.
